Like you, we are monitoring the latest news about the coronavirus. We are doing all we can to continue to be connected to all of our valued patients. Our goal is to remain available to support you during this time.
We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our patients. Here are some of the measures we have enacted:
We will be asking that patients come in dressed for their appointment, there is NO changing room. You are welcome to use the bathroom.
We will be spacing out the schedule to limit the number of patients that cross paths in the office.
Do not come in early (or late) for appointments to help us avoid any patient overlap.
We now have the ability to store credit card information in your Jane (scheduling) account, so we will be able to process patient payments without any person-to-person contact at the front desk. This will be required for any patients coming in for appointments for the foreseeable future.
The extra time between appointments, aside from being a buffer to prevent patient interaction, will also allow the doctors to fully disinfect the treatment room before the next patient comes in. We will be following a very strict disinfecting protocol.
We require that BOTH patients and doctors wear masks during appointments, REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS.
